Robert Flessas is an experienced real estate attorney and licensed Wisconsin broker serving real estate sellers and buyers throughout southeast Wisconsin for over 31 years.
PURCHASING OR SELLING REAL ESTATE
For home sellers determined to sell their home "by owner", Robert’s program saves sellers thousands of dollars in real estate commissions. He counsels home sellers prior to their sale by helping them prepare documents that they’ll need to provide to buyers and ideas to promote the exposure of their sale to buyers.
Once an offer or offers are submitted, Robert reviews the offers to purchase with the seller, prepares any necessary counter offers to insure that the seller obtains the highest price and best terms.
Once the offer is accepted, Robert works with the seller to enforce all buyer contingencies and once satisfied, proceeds to obtain the title commitment, deed and closing documents. All of the transactional tasks are managed by Robert for a successful closing.
He also represents home buyers by counseling them on their purchase, preparing their offer, advising on the various contingencies and reviews closing documents and towards the task of making sure that the purchase operates smoothly and with confidence.
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
Robert is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin since 1990, a member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, MLS, Wisconsin Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors, and admitted to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
Robert has past experience as a municipal supervisor and served as the chair of the Architectural Control Committee He has also served as a chair of the GMAR ethics and arbitration committees.
Robert has extensive experience in home construction and property management.
